Sometimes, a generic bobblehead of a player doesn’t get everyone out out to the ballpark, so the SGA bobblehead industry has adjusted to offer themed bobbleheads, usually involving players, mascots, coaches and broadcasters in a theme. The most popular theme by far is Star Wars. Peanuts is catching up, as is Marvel. Game of Thrones had a good run but Hello Kitty is steadily making a run. Jerry Garcia and the Grateful Dead are wobbling right behind, and let’s not forget about The Sandlot, most notably, Ham Porter, who has almost just as many bobbleheads for various teams than Sesame Street’s Elmo.
